Findigo is an inventory management platform that helps individuals and organizations track, organize, and manage their physical items and assets.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3. Service Description and Features

Findigo provides:

  • Inventory tracking and organization tools
  • AI-powered item detection and cataloging
  • Cloud synchronization across devices
  • Team collaboration and sharing features
  • Image storage and management
  • Search and filtering capabilities

Feature availability may vary based on your subscription tier.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Tiers: We offer various subscription plans including free (Demo) and paid tiers (Personal, Professional, Business). Each tier has different feature limits and capabilities.

4.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

4.4 Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for refund requests.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including inventory data, images, and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
  • Depicts illegal items or contraband

5.3 Data Retention: We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Sharing and Collaboration

The Service allows you to share inventories with other users. When sharing:

  • You are responsible for managing access permissions
  • Shared users can view, edit, or manage items based on assigned roles
  • You can revoke access at any time
  • Invited users must accept these Terms to access shared content

7. AI Features and Image Processing

Our AI-powered features use machine learning to analyze images and identify items. By using these features:

  • You consent to AI processing of your uploaded images
  • AI suggestions are provided for convenience and may not be 100% accurate
  • You are responsible for verifying and correcting AI-generated data
  • Images may be processed by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini)

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Findigo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Data will never be lost (regular backups are recommended)
  • AI detections will be accurate
  • The Service will meet all your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDIGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Findigo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days
  • We are not obligated to maintain or forward any content

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
