Pick Solo if
  • You play alone, with one controller and one PoE2 client.
  • You want loot, flasks and radar assists without co-op pairing steps.
  • You want the atlas radar and Priority Loot navigation for one character.
Pick Couch Co-op instead if
  • You play two characters on one screen from one controller.
  • You need Smart Follow, Smart Focus and per-player AutoLoot.
  • Go to PoE2 Couch Co-op →

Separate products, separate licences. A Solo key will not activate the co-op tool, and a co-op key will not activate Solo.

What's inside

Built on the 2.4.1 baseline, rebuilt for one player

Solo keeps its own version history, its own update channels and its own licence.

Dedicated AutoLoot configuration page in Solo Controller Tool

AutoLoot, item by item

Items grouped into categories — Currency Exchange, uniques, quest items, Waystones, jewels and exceptional bases — with bulk edits for quick setup, per-item On/Off, and a review list of everything you configured.

Advanced single-player Auto Flasks settings

Advanced Auto Flasks

Life and mana behaviour sampled ten times a second, with manual controller input always left available.

Deep Radar

Memory-driven map, monster, mechanic and loot overlay with independent map-background controls. Tab toggles it over the game.

Priority Loot navigation

Optional one-player routing to the loot you marked as priority, with manual input retained and safety cancellation at any point.

One controller in, one out

HidHide prevents duplicate input, so Path of Exile 2 sees exactly one Solo Xbox controller. No network transport, no workstation splitting.

Ten languages, own updates

The shared ten-language baseline, plus independent Solo Stable and Solo Beta update channels and separate customer state on disk.

The free trial

60 minutes of actual play — not 60 minutes of clock.

The trial holds a 3,600-second balance on our server and only spends it while Solo is running and Path of Exile 2 is in the foreground. Read a guide, alt-tab, tweak settings — the counter stops.

Opening the app costs nothing. Time only moves during an active Solo session.
Stops when you stop. Alt-tab, stopping Solo, controller loss or closing PoE2 all pause the counter.
One trial per PC. The balance lives on the server, so reinstalling does not reset it.

Questions

Answers up front

Do I need the co-op tool as well?

No. Solo is a standalone application with its own installer, its own settings on disk and its own licence. You can install both side by side, and updating or uninstalling one does not affect the other.

Will my existing co-op key work?

No. Solo licences are issued against a separate product entitlement. A co-op key is rejected by Solo and a Solo key is rejected by the co-op tool.

How exactly does the free trial count time?

The trial is a 3,600-second balance held on our licensing server and bound to your PC. It is consumed only while Solo is running an active session with Path of Exile 2 in the foreground. Alt-tabbing, pressing Stop, losing the controller or closing the game all pause it. Deleting local files does not reset the balance, and the trial stops if its short signed token cannot be refreshed.

Can I move my licence to a new PC?

Yes, within the reset allowance for your plan — none on the 5-day evaluation, one on either 30-day pass, two on 90-Day and four on Annual. Request it from your account portal.

What happens when access expires?

Solo stops authorising automation and returns to an unlicensed state. Nothing is uninstalled and your settings are kept; buy another pass and the same install picks up where it left off.

Is this safe? Will I get banned?

Solo is an independent third-party Windows utility. It coordinates controller input and provides optional in-game assists, but no third-party tool can promise zero account, policy or compatibility risk.

Game rules and versions can change. Review the Terms of Service and risk disclosure, test Solo on your own setup during the free trial and use it at your discretion.

What are the requirements?

Windows 10 (1903+) or Windows 11, 64-bit, one compatible physical controller — Xbox, SCUF, or a compatible PlayStation or Nintendo pad — and one Path of Exile 2 client on the same PC. The installer includes the controller support components it needs. Internet access is required for trial start, activation and updates.

Are you affiliated with Grinding Gear Games?

No. This is an independent third-party utility. "Path of Exile 2" is a trademark of Grinding Gear Games. We have no affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with GGG.

Try it for an hour of real play.

No card, no signup, no clock running while you read the setup guide.
