The short version: Findigo software is provided as-is, each edition has its own license and trial policy, paid licenses are generally non-refundable after activation, and using third-party utilities with online games carries inherent risk. The long version is below.
This is the legal agreement between you ("you", "licensee") and Findigo (operator of findigo.online - the "company", "we", "us"), publisher of PoE2 MultiPilot (the "software"). By downloading, installing, activating, or using Free, Lite or Full access, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you don't agree, don't install or use the software. If you've already paid and haven't activated a license, contact us within 7 days and we'll cancel and refund.
The software is one Windows desktop utility for Path of Exile 2. Free provides one-character controller tooling and the useful 1P automation/radar stack. Lite supports one or two characters using one or two clients. Full supports one through six characters across up to three configured clients. Features may include read-only memory-assisted Auto Pickup, Auto Stash, Smart Follow, focused input routing, selective mirroring, Auto Flasks, Currency Tracker and an in-game map radar.
Multi-client compatibility: supported client combinations and account requirements depend on the selected topology and are shown in the current application/setup guide. P1/P2 use Client 1, P3/P4 use Client 2 and P5/P6 use Client 3 when those slots are active.
The software does not:
Controller routing operates through Windows virtual HID drivers, local process-memory reads, and transparent overlays. Multi-client Full layouts use the documented narrow focus/message runtime for configured background clients and local memory feeds for supported radar/automation features. MultiPilot does not patch character or server state. Optional visual modifications are selected explicitly in the application.
Subject to these terms and successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the purchased edition on a single PC for the access term shown at checkout. Timed plans, Lifetime availability, features, and reset allowances differ by product.
Paid licence keys are per-machine and tier-based, not per-person. Free requires no key. Tier 2 unlocks MultiPilot Lite and Tier 3 unlocks MultiPilot Full. Existing Standard keys remain valid as Lite and existing Ultimate keys remain valid as Full. A second PC needs a second paid licence for paid capabilities.
When you activate a license, the software generates a hardware fingerprint ("HWID") from your CPU and motherboard identifiers and binds your license key to that fingerprint. This prevents license sharing and is normal industry practice for paid software keys.
Significant hardware changes - a new motherboard, new CPU, or Windows reinstall - will invalidate your HWID and require a reset.
The reset allowance shown for the exact product and plan at checkout controls your entitlement. Stripe metadata cannot increase or override the server-defined allowance. Additional resets may be offered separately at Findigo's discretion, and we may refuse a reset when abuse is suspected.
Bottom line: paid licenses are non-refundable once activated, subject to the technical-failure and statutory rights described below. Use any product-specific trial before buying where one is offered.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a non-excludable consumer guarantee applies and the software has a major or other qualifying failure, you may be entitled to the remedy required by law. The commercial refund policy below is additional to, and does not replace or waive, those rights.
MultiPilot Free currently provides 1P access without a card, account, licence key or time limit. Any promotional paid-tier trial is separate, may be device-bound and is described in the current product interface. There are no refunds on free access because nothing was paid.
We will issue a prorated refund only in the following circumstances:
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout with your Stripe receipt number, the reason for the refund request, and (for technical failure claims) the diagnostic log file. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for a refund may be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in license suspension or revocation while the dispute is investigated. This does not limit any non-excludable statutory right or your right to dispute an unauthorised or otherwise unlawful charge. If you have a problem, contact us first where practical so we can try to resolve it.
Important: the software is a third-party utility. Path of Exile 2 is operated by Grinding Gear Games (GGG), an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with GGG in any way.
Most online games have terms of service that restrict third-party software interacting with the game in various ways. Path of Exile 2 is no exception. PoE2 MultiPilot is designed to limit its footprint and does not patch character, inventory, combat, quest, or server state. It reads game memory locally for supported radar/automation features; multi-client modes use the documented, narrowly scoped client runtime required by those layouts. We cannot and do not guarantee that:
You use the software at your own risk. Any consequences applied to your in-game account - including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans - are between you and the game publisher. They are not grounds for a refund of your license.
If you are not comfortable with this risk, do not use the software. Use the product-specific trial to evaluate this risk before purchasing where one is offered.
You agree to use each access level only in its documented topology: 1P/1 client for Free, up to 2P/2 clients for Lite, and up to 6P/3 clients for Full. The following are explicit violations:
Violations may result in license suspension or revocation without a commercial refund, subject always to non-excludable statutory rights.
We ship updates to PoE2 MultiPilot at our discretion. Updates may add features, fix bugs, change behavior, or remove features that prove problematic. Free, Lite and Full use the same MultiPilot update feed and installer identity; paid entitlements and relevant settings are preserved across updates.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the software working across game patches, but we do not guarantee uptime, compatibility, or that any specific feature will continue to function unchanged for the duration of your license. Game patches can break features without warning; we will fix them in priority order based on how many users are affected.
If a critical feature is unavailable for more than 14 consecutive days of your active license window, you may request a prorated extension equal to the outage period.
We collect the minimum data needed to deliver and protect your license.
Email is used to deliver licences and requested trial download links, respond to support requests, and send infrequent product update emails (you can opt out at any time). HWID and activation data is used to enforce single-machine licensing. Coarse free-trial events are used to measure trial completion and paid conversion without collecting gameplay or input data. Payment metadata is retained per our payment processor's compliance requirements (typically 7 years).
We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand website traffic, interactions and technical issues. These services may collect device and usage data under their respective privacy policies. Stripe provides the scripts required for checkout.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or deletion of that data, at any time. Self-service: visit findigo.online/account → Delete account. Or email [email protected]. Deletion is immediate, irreversible, and revokes all active licenses.
When you sign in to the customer portal at findigo.online/account, we store a session cookie on your browser for up to 30 days. The cookie holds your email address and a cryptographically signed expiry timestamp - nothing else. We extend the cookie automatically while you stay active, and you can invalidate it any time by clicking Sign out in the portal or clearing your browser cookies.
Sign-in itself uses a magic-link system: you enter your email, we email you a one-time link that expires in 15 minutes. We never store passwords - there's nothing to leak.
Your license terminates automatically at the end of its purchased period. We may also terminate your license immediately, without refund, if you breach these terms - particularly the acceptable use or license restrictions sections.
You may terminate by uninstalling the software. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of the unused portion of your license, except as set out in the refund policy.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability arising from or related to the software - regardless of the cause of action - will not exceed the amount you paid us for the license in question, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of game progress, loss of in-game items, account actions taken by the game publisher, or hardware damage, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or liability for consequential damages. To the extent such exclusions are not permitted, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes - anything that meaningfully expands your obligations or reduces your rights - will be notified by email to the address on file and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the software 14 days after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you don't accept the changes, your remedy is to stop using the software; if more than 50% of your license period remains, we'll prorate a refund.
