The short version: the software is provided as-is, every buyer gets a 1-hour free trial up front, paid licenses are non-refundable after activation, and using third-party utilities with online games carries inherent risk. The long version is below.
This is the legal agreement between you ("you", "licensee") and Findigo (operator of findigo.online — the "company", "we", "us"), publisher of the PoE2 Couch Co-op utility (the "software"). By downloading, installing, activating, or using the software in any form — including the free trial — you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you don't agree, don't install or use the software. If you've already paid and haven't activated a license, contact us within 7 days and we'll cancel and refund.
The software is a desktop utility that routes a single physical Xbox-compatible controller into two virtual Xbox controllers on your Windows PC, and provides screen-overlay automation tools (minimap-based follow, auto-potion, button mirroring) on top of that. It is intended for couch co-op play where two real people share one physical controller.
The software does not:
The software operates entirely via documented Windows APIs (virtual HID drivers, screen capture, input simulation) that are available to any Windows application.
Subject to these terms and successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the software on a single PC for the duration of your purchased license period (15, 30, or 60 days from activation).
License keys are per-machine, not per-person. A second household member playing on the same PC and same license is fine — that's literally the point. A second PC needs a second license.
When you activate a license, the software generates a hardware fingerprint ("HWID") from your CPU and motherboard identifiers and binds your license key to that fingerprint. This prevents license sharing and is normal industry practice for paid software keys.
Significant hardware changes — a new motherboard, new CPU, or Windows reinstall — will invalidate your HWID and require a reset.
Additional resets are available for a $5 USD service fee. We reserve the right to refuse a reset if abuse is suspected (e.g. attempting to share a key across multiple users).
Bottom line: paid licenses are non-refundable once activated. The 1-hour free trial exists so you can confirm the software works for you before paying.
Every download includes a one-time, one-hour free trial with every feature unlocked. The trial is bound to your device. If the software doesn't do what you expected, that's the time to find out — not after a paid activation. There are no refunds on free trials because nothing was paid.
We will issue a prorated refund only in the following circumstances:
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout with your Stripe receipt number, the reason for the refund request, and (for technical failure claims) the diagnostic log file. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for a refund is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate, permanent license revocation across all your licenses and a ban from future purchases. If you have a problem, talk to us first — we are reachable, we are reasonable, and chargebacks cost us money and time we'd rather spend on the software.
Important: the software is a third-party utility. Path of Exile 2 is operated by Grinding Gear Games (GGG), an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with GGG in any way.
Most online games have terms of service that restrict third-party software interacting with the game in various ways. Path of Exile 2 is no exception. While our software is designed to minimize detection surface — it operates outside the game process and does not modify game state — we cannot and do not guarantee that:
You use the software at your own risk. Any consequences applied to your in-game account — including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans — are between you and the game publisher. They are not grounds for a refund of your license.
If you are not comfortable with this risk, do not use the software. Use the free trial to evaluate this risk before purchasing.
You agree to use the software only as intended — to enable couch co-op gameplay on a single PC between two real people. The following are explicit violations:
Violations void your license without refund.
During an active license period, we ship updates to the software at our discretion. Updates may add features, fix bugs, change behavior, or remove features that prove problematic. Updates are delivered through the in-app updater.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the software working across game patches, but we do not guarantee uptime, compatibility, or that any specific feature will continue to function unchanged for the duration of your license. Game patches can break features without warning; we will fix them in priority order based on how many users are affected.
If a critical feature is unavailable for more than 14 consecutive days of your active license window, you may request a prorated extension equal to the outage period.
We collect the minimum data needed to deliver and protect your license.
Email is used to deliver licenses, respond to support requests, and send infrequent product update emails (you can opt out at any time). HWID and activation data is used to enforce single-machine licensing. Payment metadata is retained per our payment processor's compliance requirements (typically 7 years).
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not embed third-party analytics on the website beyond Stripe's required scripts on the checkout page.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or deletion of that data, at any time. Self-service: visit findigo.online/account → Delete account. Or email [email protected]. Deletion is immediate, irreversible, and revokes all active licenses.
When you sign in to the customer portal at findigo.online/account, we store a session cookie on your browser for up to 30 days. The cookie holds your email address and a cryptographically signed expiry timestamp — nothing else. We extend the cookie automatically while you stay active, and you can invalidate it any time by clicking Sign out in the portal or clearing your browser cookies.
Sign-in itself uses a magic-link system: you enter your email, we email you a one-time link that expires in 15 minutes. We never store passwords — there's nothing to leak.
Your license terminates automatically at the end of its purchased period. We may also terminate your license immediately, without refund, if you breach these terms — particularly the acceptable use or license restrictions sections.
You may terminate by uninstalling the software. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of the unused portion of your license, except as set out in the refund policy.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability arising from or related to the software — regardless of the cause of action — will not exceed the amount you paid us for the license in question, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of game progress, loss of in-game items, account actions taken by the game publisher, or hardware damage, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or liability for consequential damages. To the extent such exclusions are not permitted, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes — anything that meaningfully expands your obligations or reduces your rights — will be notified by email to the address on file and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the software 14 days after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you don't accept the changes, your remedy is to stop using the software; if more than 50% of your license period remains, we'll prorate a refund.
For all questions about these terms, refund requests, HWID resets, or anything else:
