How it works
It feels like normal KBM play until you choose a follower.
The mode keeps the main familiar and makes direct follower control fast enough to use during a real run.
Direct follower focus
Assign F-keys or extra mouse buttons to P2–P6 and switch without changing devices.
No-controller pairing
Optionally pair follower clients with the same configurable keyboard controls.
Live key legend
Show a movable legend with horizontal, multi-row or vertical layouts, custom colours, borders, size and opacity.
Safe app switching
Click into Discord or a browser and MultiPilot releases the keyboard instead of moving the game in the background.
Last-focused leader
Let the follower you most recently controlled become the Smart Follow leader when you return to KBM.

Before you try it.
Can P1 stay on keyboard and mouse?
Yes. Client 1 remains native KBM while focused followers receive the configured virtual-controller controls.
Do I need a physical controller?
Not for No Controller Hybrid. Guided pairing uses your configured focus and confirm keys.
Can I change the keys?
Yes. Smart Focus, movement, actions, Auto Party and the legend are configurable from the Change KBM Bindings popup.
Can I use extra mouse buttons?
Yes. M3–M16 are available when the mouse driver exposes them, and vendor software can map other buttons to a supported keyboard key.
What happens when I click another app?
Keyboard-derived game movement and actions are neutralised while PoE 2 is not the foreground window.
