How is this different from Standard?
Standard controls two characters in one local couch co-op client. This Ultimate mode puts P1 and P2 in two separate official clients.
Do I need two different official installations?
Yes. Ultimate currently supports combinations such as Steam plus Epic, Steam plus GGG standalone, or Epic plus GGG standalone.
Does it create P3 and P4 too?
No. The two-player split mode creates only P1 and P2.
