Most questions come down to three things: an account and copy per character, online characters in one party, and a PC that can run the number of clients you want. The answers below cover the rest.

When does Last Epoch Season 5 start?
Season 5, Rage of the Frostborn, starts on 1 October 2026. Set up your accounts and MultiPilot beforehand so launch day is just create, party up and go.
Can I bring my existing characters into Season 5?
New season characters start fresh. Make one on each account you want in the party — your earlier characters stay available outside the season.
What do I need for four characters?
A Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) PC, four Steam accounts and a copy of Last Epoch on each account. MultiPilot opens a separate Steam and game client for every account on the same desktop.
Can two accounts share one copy of the game?
No. Every Steam account needs its own copy of Last Epoch, and Steam Family Sharing isn’t available for the game. You only need one installation on your PC.
Can I use offline or Solo Character Found characters?
Followers need to join your party, and in Last Epoch only online characters can party. Offline and Solo Character Found characters can’t join one.
Do I need extra controllers, Windows users or virtual machines?
No. Your main character uses keyboard and mouse or one physical controller. Followers use their own private virtual controls, and every window stays on your normal desktop.
Do I need several monitors?
No. One display works: the character you control sits in your main window. If you have a second display, Arrange followers can split P2–P4 across it.
How does billing work?
Choose $29.99 every 30 days or $69.99 every 3 months (USD). Both renew automatically until cancelled and include every feature and up to four clients.
Can I cancel renewal?
Yes. Open Account on this website to manage billing, cancel renewal or resume it. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Is there a free trial?
There is no public free trial. Both plans include every feature, so you can start with the 30-day plan and cancel renewal if it isn’t for you.
Do I need to reinstall for updates?
No. Use Check updates in the app. Close your game clients when you’re ready to apply the update.
How do I send troubleshooting logs?
Click Support Logs in the app header. It creates a ZIP you can attach to your support request on Discord.
